Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of KidKreator (kidkreator.com). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. WHO CAN USE KIDKREATOR

KidKreator accounts may only be created by adults aged 18 or older. Children participate only through a parent or guardian account. By signing up you confirm you are 18 or older and, if creating a child profile, that you are the legal parent or guardian of that child.

Creator Age Limits: KidKreator is exclusively a platform for creators aged 8–17. Creators under 13 must be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. Creators aged 13–17 may create an independent Teen Creator account. Any person aged 18 or older is strictly prohibited from creating a creator profile on KidKreator. Providing false age information to circumvent this restriction may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

2. ACCOUNT TYPES

Parent / Creator Account: A parent or guardian who creates and supervises a kid creator profile. The parent is responsible for all content published under their child's profile.

Subscriber Account: A parent or guardian who subscribes to kid creator profiles on behalf of their child.

Kid Creator Account: A child's login created by and under the full supervision of a Parent / Creator Account. The parent retains full control and responsibility for the kid creator account at all times.

3. PARENT RESPONSIBILITY

Parents are fully responsible for all content their child publishes on KidKreator. By publishing a class, the parent confirms the content is age-appropriate, accurate, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. CONTENT RULES

All content must be:

• Age-appropriate for a general audience of children
• Original or properly licensed
• Free of profanity, violence, or adult content
• Free of personal information (no last names, schools, phone numbers, or addresses in videos or descriptions)

KidKreator reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without notice.

5. EARNINGS AND PAYMENTS

Subscribers pay a monthly fee set by the creator's parent. KidKreator retains a platform fee of 20% of all subscription revenue. The remaining 80% is credited to the parent's earnings wallet and paid out monthly.

KidKreator is not responsible for payment disputes handled by Stripe. In the event of a chargeback, KidKreator reserves the right to withhold the disputed amount from the creator's earnings.

6. BETA DISCLAIMER

KidKreator is currently in beta. Features may change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes by email.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use KidKreator to:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect personal information from other users
• Attempt to contact minors outside the platform
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security
• Create fake reviews or manipulate subscriber counts

8. TERMINATION

KidKreator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

KidKreator is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidKreator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
